Content Creation Day at The Tribe - Friday 11th Oct 2024

 

We'll be hosting a whole day of mini shoots which include brand photography for your business AND, if you want to go for a little bit extra, video footage for your social media PLUS reels creation.

 

There are several packages available:

 

1. The Mini Brand Shoot with 3 images of your choice from your online gallery to keep

2. The Mini Brand Shoot with 5 images of your choice from your online gallery to keep

3. The Mini Brand Shoot with 10 images of your choice from your online gallery to keep

4. The Mini Brand Shoot with ALL the images from the shoot included

5. A Mini Brand Shoot with ALL images included, PLUS video footage to match the photos recorded on your own phone to use for your social media, website, create reels from etc

6. A Mini Brand Shoot with ALL images included, PLUS video footage to match the photos recorded on your own phone to use AND we'll create/edit 3-4 social media reels/videos for you, and deliver them along with the photos from the shoot.

 

 

What does each package include?

 

Each mini brand photoshoot is 30 minutes long, and over the course of the 30 minutes, we'll take a variety of images. 

 

We go through the standard photos that are really useful to you and your business, for example:

• Pics of you working on a laptop and phone

• Variety of Headshots and Portraits

• Action shots of you doing your business 'thing' ('behind the scenes' style shots)

• Lifestyle shots (with props such as holding a coffee cup, or eating some healthy food, something that goes with your brand)

• Details and filler shots - on-brand close-ups/detail shots that are super handy

 

This list can be adapted prior to the shoot if this list does not suit your business. You can also bring a buddy if you want to get someone to pose as a client. Please get in touch to discuss your needs if you need something slightly different. But either way, we aim to get 20-30 images for you to choose from.

AND, depending on which package you select, there is also the option to have a range of video clips recorded straight on to your own phone during the shoot by Stacey, who is an absolute whizz at creating reels and things on social media, which can then be turned into a variety of social media posts and reels AND we can create 3-4 reels for you with this footage, ready to use.

 

You'll also get a handy little social media prompts page to keep, helping you to make use of your photos on social media.

 

Before your shoot, you'll be sent a questionnaire asking about you and your business. I go through all of these before the shoot day to research you and your business so I can prepare and make suitable recommendations on the day.

3 weeks later, you'll be sent a link to an online gallery showing all the pictures from your mini brand photoshoot. There are usually 20-30 images in the gallery, but when some shoots have gone really well there have been a lot more (I had one last time with 60!). Depending on which package you bought, you select the number of images you get included with your package to keep. If you want to buy any extras, you absolutely can.

 

 

Why is it so cheap?

The analogy I like to use is buying a multipack of crisps versus a single packet. By piling up lots of mini shoots in one day, and making them all shorter, I'm able to offer the shoots at a reduced price. 

​

Naturally, having a dedicated shoot would be better. With more time to shoot, more planning and prep time, the shoot can be better tailored to your needs. But for many that kind of shoot is out of reach, or they just need a few great standard shots to add to a website. So doing these mini shoots is a great way to make professional photography more accessible. 

 

So how does it work?

 

1. Book your chosen timeslot from the timeslots available on the booking system (linked below).

2. Turn up on the day 10 minutes before your set time so you are ready for your timeslot. As there are lots of other timeslots that day, we cannot run over. Your 30 minute slot will include any set up of props etc too, so please keep that in mind.

3. We take a variety of photos over your shoot time, and you can change clothes 2-3 times if you wish to add variety to the images (it's best to choose outfits that are quick to change into)

4. After the shoot, the images will be edited and put on an online gallery for you to view (about 3 weeks after the shoot) which will be emailed to you.

5. You'll be able to download your images from your online gallery, in high resolution and low resolution formats

Please note:

Cancellations with less than 1 week notice are difficult to fill, therefore refunds on cancellations can only be given for sessions cancelled with more than 1 week's notice.
